The biggest cause of communication breakdowns is when non-native English speakers mispronounced or misunderstood phonemes while communicating in English. Poor spoken English, cultural differences or even having a strong accent can lead to the employer having a negative bias towards you.

It aims to help you overcome the problems in your English speaking and prepare you for your job interviews. To boost your confidence as a non-native English
speaker, there will be a weekly opportunity for you to engage with a local community. This gives you the opportunity to understand Australia's diverse culture and master your language skills.
