Our Story
Engineered by AlphaIMM Agency, MARKCubator is a marketer incubator that breeds new generation digital marketers to market the products or services for businesses. We aim to develop job-ready marketers by providing an environment of a holistic mix of talent and experience, making up its leadership and network.
The MARKCubator team is driven by understanding the current marketing trends and creating new pathways to expand their participants’ comprehension of the industry, with skills such as refining brand image and boosting profit margins for their prospective clients. We believe that the hands-on experiences through our real-world projects give valuable practical marketing skills to the students. Moreover, the continual support from our professional marketing community further nurtures our students to be the rising star of new generation marketers.
Our mission is to create marketing pathways for students and graduates, by equipping them with practical marketing and brand management skills.
Meet the Team
Dr. Theresa Teo
Founder of AlphaIMM Agency
The founder of AlphaIMM Agency is Dr Theresa Teo. She is an experienced lecturer/tutor in University of New South Wales and Macquarie University for over 15 years. Specialised in business. branding and marketing, Dr Teo has worked with large international brands such as Timberland, Godiva and Stride Rite and marketed a wide range of products.
With a passion for teaching and fluency in several languages, she has helped many international students overcome their university struggles and guided them in their career paths. Using practical, hands-on learning approaches, she provides the opportunity for her students to work with real-life projects and develop their employability.
The MARKCubator Team
The MARKCubator team consists of Vy, Erin, Monica, Karine, Adam and Raymond. We, as international students, understand what other international students have gone through. We were genuinely impressed by Dr Theresa’s devotion to help her students in coping with the struggles of entering the job market in Australia. That is how “MARKCubator” was born. Our sole mission is to help them be prepared, and guide them on how to face their difficulties in Australia.
